Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages or Non-Delivery
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

The item is damaged, or

The item was not received.
In cases of non-delivery or shipping loss, the shipment is covered by carrier insurance/trade assurance. Customers may file a direct claim with USPS to recover the full amount.
To avoid duplicate refunds, we are unable to issue a refund when the customer is eligible to claim compensation directly from USPS.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved:
